Return shipping costs
Fixed, non-personalized products are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For a withdrawal without a product defect, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong color or size or simply do not like the item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Details are available in our withdrawal policy.
