Withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to KD-BUYNOW TECHNOLOGY Kft., Kőrösi Csoma sétány 11., A. lház., 4. em., 18. ajtó, 1102 Budapest, Hungary, or service@deartailstudio.com. You may use our online withdrawal form or the model form below, but this is not required.

It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no refund fee is charged.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your notice. Contact service@deartailstudio.com first so we can provide the return address for the relevant production partner. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the fourteen days expire.

For a withdrawal without a product defect, you bear the direct return cost. You are responsible for diminished value only where handling went beyond what was necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Fixed, non-personalised products

Our products feature fixed artwork. You choose only offered variants such as colour, size or finish. Even where an item is produced after ordering, it is not made to your personal specifications. Consumers therefore generally have the statutory right of withdrawal described above.

After the statutory withdrawal period expires, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges because the wrong colour or size was selected or the item is simply no longer wanted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email service@deartailstudio.com with your order number. Photos can speed up the review. Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected. For a justified defect claim, we cover the necessary return costs or provide another remedy required by law.
