📏 Size guide
- Size S: 25 mm diameter, 6 mm thick and approximately 4 g with the ring. Recommended for cats.
- Size M: 30 mm diameter, 6 mm thick and approximately 6 g with the ring. Recommended for small and medium dogs.
- Size L: 35 mm diameter, 6 mm thick and approximately 8 g with the ring. Recommended for medium and large dogs.

What makes a good photo?+
Choose a bright, sharp photo where your pet is fully visible and not covered by furniture or other people. A phone photo is fine.
Do you use an automatic background remover?+
We may use digital tools to begin, but every edge is reviewed and refined by a real person so fur, whiskers and character are preserved.
Will I see the cut-out before production?+
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before your personalised item is made. Two small revisions are included.
How long does it take?+
Your proof is usually ready within 2–4 working days. Production and tracked delivery times are shown on each product page.
