What makes a good photo?+
Choose a bright, sharp photo where your pet is fully visible and not covered by furniture or other people. A phone photo is fine.
Do you use an automatic background remover?+
We may use digital tools to begin, but every edge is reviewed and refined by a real person so fur, whiskers and character are preserved.
Will I see the cut-out before production?+
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before your personalised item is made. Two small revisions are included.
How long does it take?+
Your proof is usually ready within 2–4 working days. Production and tracked delivery times are shown on each product page.
